| I have been giving workshops on holistic approach to well-being using the key concepts of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory since 1995 to the present, in Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, USA and Egypt. I utilize such techniques as: qigong exercise, self acupressure massage, dietary management.

Studied qigong under Master Paul Dong, Master Yang Jwing Ming and Master Manatak Chai.
Learning and healing go hand in hand - I view myself as a teacher who offers guidance; you are the one who does the healing.
I teach the "Eight Pieces of Brocade" qigong for well being. For individual with musculoskeletal issues, I teach a combination of qigong drawn from White Crane, Snake Dragon, etc.
I personally practice "Standing-On-Stake" qigong and receiving and exerting qi.
