| | I teach Taiji and Qigong for health and wellness, and martial applications privately at my home. I am on the board of directors of the Sword Stick Society International and Master Jou Tsung Hwa's Tai Chi Park. My goal and that of my colleagues is to share and perpetuate our skills. All classes and workshops are geared for the person, not any particular style. Core principals are the basis of all teaching. |

Biography: |
I have over thirty years in the martial arts, the last twelve in Neijia Quan.I am a senior student of Dr. Christopher Viggiano for the last ten years. My studies include both Neijia and Waijia forms of Qigong and martial arts. I encourage my students to study with many teachers, as I do myself, so we may share our experiences. My interests are in Qigong Healing and Acupuncture, and the constant fine tuning of my Internal Arts knowledge.
