I offer an Introduction to Qi Gong workshop on a monthly basis. It is an overview of the basic priciples and the variety of practices of Qi Gong, as well as a practical set of the Eight Silk Brocades.
An ongoing Qi Gong practice class is offered to women only at the WeMoonSpirit Women's Center weekly. It is an eclectic class using all manner of ways to encourage one's awareness of the underlying principles of Qi Gong and ways to incorporate them into one's life. |

Biography: |
My background is in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I have been a licensed practitioner of this in Florida since 1985. This background, in conjunction with a variety of training experiences in Qi Gong and Tai Ji are brought together in my clinical practice as well in my teaching.
