His experience as an All-American football player coupled with a certification to teach hatha yoga help inform his specialized YOGA FOR ATHLETES program. The Heaven & Earth Center’s desire is to invite distinguished healers, shamans and well-respected teachers from the global community to share their ancient wisdom in a modern context. |

Biography: |
Keith is a perpetual student and evolving teacher with a sincere desire to help improve and enrich the quality of people's lives through sharing ancient self-healing Body-Mind arts and sciences, just as those before him shared these precepts with him. An All-State wrestler and All-American football player, a natural process of unfolding led Keith on the Path towards becoming certified to teach Tai Chi Chuan by medical physicians Dr. Paul Lam and Dr. John Cheng and has co-sponsored Tai Chi Grandmaster, Dr. Tingsen Xu, Ph.D. (Emory University) at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He has also garnered several first place Gold Medal Championships in International Tai Chi Chuan competitions. Certified as a Registered Yoga Therapist whose studies include teachers Srivatsa Ramaswami, Yoga for the Three Stages of Life; Mark Whitwell, Yoga of Heart; Beth Biegler and Ketul, Rasa Yoga; Dr. Maung Gyi, Dhanda Yoga; Saya Mfundishi Maasi, Bando Monk System. Receiving his certification as a teacher of Chinese Essence Qigong from Professor Chen Hui-Xian, he also continues his training with Hiroko Ishimura, Seeds Essence Qigong and Rene Navarro, Quan Yin Healing Tao.
