Biography: |
I have been practising Sivananda Yoga since 1950 and meditation since that time. I have been practising Xiang Gong for 17 years and Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi 18 for the last three years. I am now 74 years old and have taught it to ex-prisoners, senior citizens and people with illnesses, usually for no fee. i am also a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience.
