Biography: |
I began my journey in the martial arts in 1977, when I enrolled in a Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do class. I have continued this journey, experimenting with such disciplines such as Kick boxing and Sil Lum Kung Fu. I now concentrate my solely on the softer side of martial arts with Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. I am also a Reiki teacher.
