Biography: |
I have been a teacher for over 30 years, and have been using tai chi/qigong with my students for the past 10 years. It has been of benefit to children with learning disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, as well as autism, issues of self-esteem, stress and anxiety. I have blended my experience as a teacher in the public schools with the many Qigong courses I have taken as well as years of self-practice. The children I teach respond very well to the tai chi moves and are happy to use them regularly.
