Biography: |
Became a bit acquainted with Daoist arts at Tai Hsuan School in Honolulu for a semester (just to get acquainted with TCM). Have been using the NQA and Ken Cohen videos for a couple of years. Enjoy both yoga and this basic qigong and would love to learn more.
