| Currently, I teach classes in Tai Chi for Arthritis levels 1 and 2, as well as Hatha Yoga and meditation at an RYT-200 level, and some Qigong. |
Biography: |
I have 250 hours of instruction in classical Hatha Yoga, as well as instruction in Tai Chi for Arthritis level 1 and 2 (Paul Lam's Tai Chi Productions). I am learning and practicing various forms of Qigong on my own, including Ba Duan Jin, TaijiZen, Energy Gates Qigong, Zhan Zhuang, Tai Chi Ball, and the Sun 73 competition form. I have been doing Tai Chi since 2009. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer who is interested in Fascial Fitness and the correlation between connective tissue and the internal arts.
