Biography: |
I have been studying Martial Arts since 1965 and hold a 6th degree black belt in a chinese based art called Kenpo. I have taught Kenpo since the 1980's. Over the last 20 years I have also studied and continue to practice Shaolin forms, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and yoga.
