I am deeply passionate about energy work and the healing of mind-body-spirit. For the past 4 years I have been lucky enough to study with 5th Generation Sifu Gin Foon Mark (a one-time mentor to the famous Bruce Lee). His "soft" style Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu and 6 Healing Sound Qi Gongfu have been foundations for my own health and oriental body/energy work practice.
