Biography: |
I have been a student and teacher of meditation for 30+ years. Starting with a BA in Education, I trained to become a holistic Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. I also learned massage therapy, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and other alternative healing modalities. But I found that QiGong, Daoism, and Native American tradition contain the essence of healing knowledge that has been with me all my life and which has kept me happy and healthy. And so this is what I want to share with others. I have studied with several Daoist teachers and I have been certified as a teacher by the Institute of Integral QiGong and Tai Chi in Santa Barbara.
