I have completed all three levels of Pangu Shengong Qigong. I receive acupuncture treatments weekly/biweekly from my physician. I study those aspects of TCM that I, not a medical practicioner, find accessible and useful. Formerly a Christian monastic, I maintain a solid daily practice in meditation. As a theologian, I am engaged in intensive study of all aspects of the Dao. I hope to do further research, and perhaps develop a few lectures some day.
