Biography: |
Debra Takara is a fifth generation qigong healer who was recognized for her uniquely intuitive healing abilities at as early as the age of 2. Her academic years involved studies in a pre-medical Human Biology curriculum and Psychosociology. She later sought training in Life/Leadership Coaching. Throughout her life, she has pursued learning in the fields of immunology, kinesiology, neurophysiology, nutritional health and holistic wellness, and she integrates this wealth of intellectual and life experience in her daily self-practice and work. Debra is a very effective, sensitive healer and teacher. She holds strong conviction that optimal health is obtained through a carefully nurtured marriage of the best that our Western and Eastern health care disciplines have to offer, and that reaching harmony among the physical, energetic and spiritual bodies within each one of us is key to living in happiness and peace. Treatment and learning with Debra exposes you to this life enhancing model, where creativity knows no limitations and awareness and commitment expands life beyond your greatest expectations--what we refer to, with endearment, as the "Qigong Lifestyle".
