| I host a free, open Qigong practice every Saturday morning at a local park where all are welcome. I also teach Qigong classes at the local community college and am sponsor and host to an annual Meditation/Qigong retreat with Steven Ridley. This year's date is May 12-14, 2006. I have worked with Steven Ridley for over 15 years on a variety of Qigong sets and am currently teaching 18 Forms and Harmony Qigong.
