Biography: |
Head instructor is a 28yr practitioner of the Chinese Arts and cancer survivor. His training started in the external arts such as Shaolin, and subsequently branched out into the various internal arts; Michuan Style Tai Chi, Ba-Gua, Qi Gong, Aikido and Nishi Health System. He has received training under Master George Ling Hu of Houston Texas thru various workshops over the years. His primary focus is the Martial Health and healing aspects attributed to the arts.
