| I instruct beginner and intermediate level classes in the Groton, Mystic and Stonington areas as well as in Westerly, RI. I teach Qigong as well as several short Tai Chi Forms and the Cheng Man-Ch'ing Simplified Yang Form. |

I am certified as an Integral Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor by the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine and Omega Institute of Holistic Studies. I am a Professional Member of the National Qigong Association.
