Biography: |
Daoism and Qigong was exactly what I had been searching for my whole life when I discovered it in 2000. Since then I have been practicing, studying, researching and experiencing these practices on my own and under the instruction of some great teachers. My experience in Reiki and Kung Fu has also shaped my practice and teachings as well. I've learned that it's less important to obtain a lot of knowledge and most important to simply experience.
