Samuel Barnes has been teaching the healing arts of Tai Chi, Bagua, Hsing I, Tae Kuk Kwan, Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation for 29 Years. His instruction focuses on the healing qualities of these arts. Methods and practice can include martial applications, push hands and san shou upon request by students interested in the martial aspects of these arts.
