| Susan Matthews Shanti School of Taijiquan offers weekly classes in beginning and intermediate levels of Taiji practice, including Qigong, meditations and Wu and Chen style form. We have several workshops each year with George Xu for more advanced practice. |

Biography: |
I am a teacher from Shanti School of Taijiquan. I teach weekly Qigong/Tai Chi classes as well as have an intense interest in energy healing practices. I am a Reiki Master and am currently studying Shiatsu and find that blending the teachings of all these is enhancing all my practices and deepening my awareness and understanding of internal chi flow with I believe is the key to maintaining or restoring health in each of us.
