| I currently facilitate Qigong classes at a local Health and Wellness Spa. 1 do a 5 week basic intro to Qigong for beginners starting with Qigong background, breathwork, gentle movement, self-massage and meditiaton. Each week we practice what we learned the week before and add additional movement, meditation and breath work. From there students will continue on a weekly basis practicing and learning together. I have also facilitated classes for Senior Citizens and noted remarkable differences in their health and stability. |

Biography: |
I am working with Dr. Roger Jahnke and will continue level 2 of his program in January 2004 in Santa Barbara California. I am a Community Facilitator who is interested in sharing Qigong with as many people as I can. I am a Reiki Practitioner for over 2 years and received my Certification as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist two years ago as well. I have been aware of the power of energy for most of my life having witnessed many healing encounters first hand.
