Biography: |
I have studied and practiced traditional Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong for 10 years. I have been teaching for 2 years. I teach Yang Form, Push Hands, Qigong and Weapons including Broad Sword, Straight Sword, Cane, Staff and Spear.
I have been involved in Martial Arts since 1982.
