Biography: |
I have studied a variety of styles of qigong and martial arts over the past 30+ years. I have been a professional massage therapist for 18 years and an instructor of massage for 8. I believe that the most important aspect of pursueing any personal development
is practice - so it should be fun. I'm not Chinese nor do I wear Chinese clothes. I try to help others
get out of their own way and let life happen.
