| The Institute of Asian Arts, LLC offers instruction in Qigong, Taijiquan (Tai Chi), I Liq Chuan (Mind Body Fist), Meditation, Daoist & Hatha Yoga, Tendon & Muscle Changing and Pranayama.
I do not teach the the long moving forms of Qigong (for those who want more exercise related Qigong, I teach Taiji) . I specialize in the more Yi (Mental) forms of Qigong for Health, Wellness and Self-Realization.
All classes are Private or Semi-Private (with a group of your making).
Certification programs are available and will enable you to obtain certification from the National Qigong Association. |

Biography: |
I began my study of energy related arts in 1969. I have studied under many highly accomplished instructors and am a disciple of several: Shoto Tanemura Soke, Sifu Chen Weigun, Sifu Sam Chin, Yogiraj Swami Bua, Ohashi, Jonas Westring.
I have obtained the following certifications in Internal Energy Modalities:
- Level 4 Qigong Practitioner from the National Qigong Association
- E-500RYT from the Yoga Alliance
- Sifu and disciple in Taijiquan & Qigong from the Guangdong Taishan Chenweigun Wushu Federation
- First level Sifu and disciple in I Liq Chuan
- Disciple of Yogiraj Swami Bua, Maharaja of Hatha Yoga
- Certified in Ohashiatsu (shiatsu) by the Ohashi Institute
- 2nd level Practitioner of Thai Yoga from Jonas Westring
- Pilates Mat & Reformer certifed
- 6th Degree Black Belt & title of Kyoshi in the Genbukan World Ninpo Bugei Federation & the Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei (Japanese Empty Hand & Weapon Martial Arts)
