I began practicing Qigong in 1999 with a Chi-Lel Qigong teacher in Columbus, Ohio. I also had the opportunity to practice with Garri and Daily Garripoli in 2008. I teach an electic form composed of techniques that I have learned from these teachers as well as through books and dvd's by Ken Cohen and Terence Dunn.
Additionally, I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and Reiki practitioner (Level 2). I occasionally present workshops on meditation, yin yoga and stress management.
