Biography: |
I've been teaching the Universal Tao system of energy work with love, clarity and passion for 20 years. Every area of my life has been enhanced by practicing and teaching this powerful work. I was personally trained and appointed Senior Instructor by remowned Universal Tao founder, Mantak Chia. I co-authored two books with him: TAOIST WAYS TO TRANSFORM STRESS INTO VITALITY and CHI SELF-MASSAGE. Ever since founding the Toronto Universal Tao Centre in 1983, I've taught thousands of students in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Currently, I reside in the LA area where I am also a playwright and lyricist. The Universal Tao practices enhance my creativity.
