| The Kentucky Center offers Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan as taught by the direct lineage holders, Grand Master Yang Zhenduo (4th generation Yang family) and Master Yang Jun (6th generation Yang family).
The Kentucky Center offers the three essential pillars (Qigong, Tai Chi and Push Hands) of Tai Chi practice to form a complete curriculum of instruction.
Qigong – Tai Chi Qigong, Qigong Breathing and standing/sitting meditation.

The Kentucky Center conducts classes and workshops at various locations which include Lexington, Frankfort, Georgetown, and Louisville. We also host a yearly seminar with Master Yang Jun as well as participate in trips to China to study the Yang family art.
In addition, the Kentucky Center is working with one of Lexington's major hospitals to develop Tai Chi and Qigong courses in support of the hospital's diabetes, cancer and pain management clinics. |

Biography: |
I am the Director of the Kentucky Yang Chengfu Tai Chi Chuan Center and certified as the Kentucky representative of the International Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Association and the Yang Family descendants. My main interests are the practice, study and research of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong.
