Biography:
I have spent the past 15 years studying traditional Lau Gar Kuen Kung Fu and Chi Kung.
Currently I teach a regular class in the East London Area.
I am also a qualified Acupressure therapist.
Full member of the National College of Holistic Medicine, British Acupressure Society, and registered Instructor with the British Kung Fu Association.
