| I work with students from 7 years old to 92 years. Teaching them how to reduce their daily stress. Daily classes for retired students with chronic illnesses. Classes for the disabled. I also work with professional sportsmen & women to teach them how to increase their potential. |

Biography: |
I have practised Tai Chi & Chi Kung for 19 years studying under sifu They Soon Tae in Southampton. Started teaching for sifu They Soon Tae 9 years ago and have devloped more classes since then. I trained as a NFSH healer last year and am interested in developing this with the chi kung to assist as many people as I can.
