This takes the form of standing and sitting meditations and often involves complex and precise body movements with the emphasis on breathing and relaxation to help release tensions and deep-rooted negative energy patterns and blockages. He also teachs Bagua Zang circle walking as a moving meditation to open the body whilst simultaneously raising and dropping energy.
